This home last sold for $275,500 on Dec. 22, 2004.

So far in September 2021, 376 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Justin A. Marx has been registered to vote since 1997.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1411 Jackson St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lauren M. Holzman, 33, and Justin A. Marx, 44.
