This home last sold for $37,000 on Jan. 3, 2013.

So far in September 2021, 360 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Helen P. Fairbrother (82) has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
