The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 963 S.W. 179th Ave., Pembroke Pines was sold on Sept. 29 by IH4 Property Florida LP for $399,900. The buyers were Rodner Oscar Padilla Gomez and Gabriela Landaeta.

This home last sold on May 30, 2014 for $250,000.

So far in September 2021, 262 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 963 S.W. 179th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carlos Andres Restrepo, 41, and Aliubys Mirabal, 35.
