On Sept. 29, Daphia Collins and Jerome Elshot purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 809 S.W. 121st Ave., Pembroke Pines from Susan Archie for $437,000.

So far in September 2021, 262 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Susan Archie (67) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
