The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 6164 S.W. 192nd Ave., Pembroke Pines was sold on Sept. 29 by David Geoffrey Yelen for $675,000. The buyers were Florano and Rosa Veloso and Veloso Family Trust.

This home last sold on April 14, 2016 for $459,900.

So far in September 2021, 262 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 6164 S.W. 192nd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ryan Andrew Francis, 34, Kerri-Ann Cavino Mirander, 42, Bianca Kaela Mirander, 21, and Anthony Joseph Hyzenski, 30.
