This home last sold on June 21, 2017 for $327,000.

So far in September 2021, 252 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alexandra Ruiz has been registered to vote since 2012. Boris Edgardo Ruiz has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 20885 N.W. 15th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tracey-Ann P. Murray, 44, Alexandra Ruiz, 38, and Boris Edgardo Ruiz, 46.
