On Aug. 31, Nicholas Holzschuh purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6811 Cody St., Hollywood from Cody Street LLC for $260,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 10, 2012. It last sold for $91,000.

So far in August 2021, 401 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Beverly Josephine Parks, 40, was the only registered voter residing at 6811 Cody St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
