This home last sold for $215,000 on May 25, 2017.

So far in August 2021, 371 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kevin Anthony Blanch has been registered to vote since 2016. Milena Rosario Blanch has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
