The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3521 N. 34th Ave., Hollywood was sold on Aug. 31 by Ebhc LLC and Ebhc Land Trust 2 for $735,000. The buyers were Shmuel Toigender and Mariela Gisela Maidana.

This home last sold for $602,600 on May 13, 2021.

So far in August 2021, 401 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3521 N. 34th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nadwa M. Zein, 57, and Mohamad Elzein, 66.
