The last time this home sold was May 21, 2015. It last sold for $340,000.

So far in August 2021, 55 properties sold in Cooper City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jennifer Lynn Pardee has been registered to vote since 1996. Kevin A. Pardee has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5731 S.W. 88th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jennifer Lynn Pardee, 43, Jessica Lee White, 45, and Kevin A. Pardee, 40.
