The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4200 Hillcrest Drive 520, Hollywood was sold on Aug. 31 by Madison Alamosa Hecm Reo LLC for $160,000. The buyers were Luciano Citti and Flor Garcia.

So far in August 2021, 401 properties sold in Hollywood.
