This home last sold on Aug. 5, 2020 for $327,500.

So far in August 2021, 371 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 16856 S.W. First Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jose Ricardo Aguilar, 21, Jose Ricardo Aguilar, 49, and Jacqueline Patricia Aguilar, 50.
