On Aug. 31, Sbp Group LLC purchased a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2500 Parkview Drive 2208, Hallandale Beach from Michael Stern for $96,500.

This home last sold on Jan. 9, 2020 for $90,000.

So far in August 2021, 191 properties sold in Hallandale Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Tibor O. Rozs, 90, was the only registered voter residing at 2500 Parkview Drive 2208 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
