The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 3924 S.W. 189th Ave., Miramar was sold on Aug. 31 by Michael Baeumont and Belinda Beaumont for $1,100,000. The buyers were Chaker and Mee Hing Chahrour.

This home last sold on Sept. 20, 2004 for $950,000.

So far in August 2021, 221 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael David Beaumont has been registered to vote since 2004. Belinda C. Beaumont has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3924 S.W. 189th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael David Beaumont, 71, Jose Eduardo Beaumont, 26, and Belinda C. Beaumont, 59.
