On Aug. 31, Corfu Homes Inc. purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 7844 Miramar Blvd., Miramar from Alan and Mary Ann Styer for $180,000.

So far in August 2021, 221 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 7844 Miramar Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Kathleen Flynn, 68, Albert T Styer, 34, and Tammy Jo Lutzke, 59.
