On Aug. 31, Novosouth Inc. purchased a four bedroom, four bathroom home at 714 Tyler St., Hollywood from Rjl 2 Investments LLC for $800,000.

This home last sold on March 19, 2021 for $295,000.

So far in August 2021, 401 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joan R. Milbery, 87, was the only registered voter residing at 714 Tyler St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
