The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4215 McKinley St., Hollywood was sold on Aug. 31 by Eduardo J. and Dea B. Martinez for $550,000. The buyers were Janko Zecevic and Hang Sung Min-Zecevic.

This home last sold for $159,000 on May 18, 2000.

So far in August 2021, 401 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dea Beitrusten Martinez has been registered to vote since 2000. Eduardo Jose Martinez has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
