On Aug. 31, Vcc Owner LLC and Opic Vcc LLC purchased a commercial property at 3440 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood from Dpf Venture Corporate Center LLC for $50,000,000.

So far in August 2021, 401 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 3440 Hollywood Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Guido V. Tejeda, 48, Matthew Louis Wohl, 82, Maria Cristina Arana, 70, Jaime Javier Parra, 66, Jason T Wynn, 41, and Jose Luis Arana, 78.
