On Aug. 31, Jordan Hamilton purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1820 N. 48th Ave., Hollywood from Henry R. and Hellevi Woodman for $630,000.

So far in August 2021, 401 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Henry R. Woodman has been registered to vote since 1997. Hellevi Woodman has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
