On Aug. 30, Mary F. and Keith L. Hunt purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2401 Wiley St., Hollywood from Matty Max for $304,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 31, 2009 for $75,000.

So far in August 2021, 381 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Keith L. Hunt has been registered to vote since 1997. Mary Feacher Hunt has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 2401 Wiley St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brian Keith Powell, 63, Keith L. Hunt, 60, Mary Feacher Hunt, 59, Roderrick L. Engram, 42, Kevin Anthony Walton, 39, and Rodgesicka Seide, 30.
