The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 12850 S.W. 15th Manor, Davie was sold on Aug. 30 by Ana L Botero for $337,000. The buyers were Nicholas Angel Gonzalez and Shannon Elise McCarron.

This home last sold on Dec. 13, 2013 for $139,900.

So far in August 2021, 225 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Casey Darrell Boyd, 38, was the only registered voter residing at 12850 S.W. 15th Manor as of Oct. 10, 2020.
