On Aug. 30, Jhoany Ochoa and Janneli Gonzalez purchased a home at 1920 S.W. 124th Way, Miramar from Carlos and Patricia Darzi Izquierdo and Patricia Darzi Marques for $495,000.

The last time this home sold was May 26, 2004. It last sold for $261,000.

So far in August 2021, 215 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carlos Izquierdo has been registered to vote since 1999. Patricia Darzi Izquierdo has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
