This home last sold for $301,000 on April 27, 2021.

So far in August 2021, 381 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 6780 Simms St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shaquice Johnson, 23, Linroy A. Durrant, 48, and Pearlene Amelda Mitchell, 71.
