The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 10921 Birchwood Place, Pembroke Pines was sold on Aug. 30 by Brenda Torres and Marcus Charres for $365,000. The buyers were Kleyt Palmyr Eugene and Ketsia Levasseur.

This home last sold on June 6, 2005 for $250,000.

So far in August 2021, 356 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marcus Charres has been registered to vote since 1992. Brenda Torres has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
