On Aug. 30, Phyllis Layton (revocable trust) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1955 S.W. 81st Terrace, Davie to Anais Pita Martinez for $230,000.

So far in August 2021, 225 properties sold in Davie.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Phyllis A. Layton has been registered to vote since 1992.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1955 S.W. 81st Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Phyllis A. Layton, 70, and Ricardo Peter Rodriguez, 58.
