The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5601 E. Marina Drive, Dania Beach was sold on Aug. 30 by Jill Beverly and Jebb Pittillo Beverly and Pittillo Family Trust for $228,000. The buyer was Maria Gionta.

So far in August 2021, 78 properties sold in Dania Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Beverly Jean Pittillo (89) has been registered to vote since 1983.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
