On Aug. 30, Miguel Ramos purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2106 N.W. 166th Ave., Pembroke Pines from Matthew T. and Jennifer H. Sosa for $480,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 16, 2016 for $370,000.

So far in August 2021, 356 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Matthew Theodore Sosa has been registered to vote since 2000. Jennifer H. Sosa has been registered to vote since 2001.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
