On Aug. 30, Frank J. Autore Jr. and Silvia D Autore sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5920 S.W. 164th Terrace, Southwest Ranches to Mercedes Angel and Natasha Naveda Angel for $875,000.

This home last sold on March 24, 2010 for $321,000.

So far in August 2021, 22 properties sold in Southwest Ranches.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Frank J. Autore has been registered to vote since 2001. Silvia D. Autore has been registered to vote since 2001.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
