The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 18900 S.W. 59th St., Southwest Ranches was sold on Aug. 27 by Marco Raphael Zarfati and 18900 SW 59 Street Land Trust for $1,300,000. The buyers were Anthony James Hall and Lanetta Bronte-Hall.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 1, 2007. It last sold for $885,000.

So far in August 2021, 21 properties sold in Southwest Ranches.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Anthony James Hall (57) has been registered to vote since 2003.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
