On Aug. 27, Legna Laizet Garcia Rubio and Anghelo Antuan Fernandez Garcia purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3006 Island Drive, Miramar from Corfu Homes Inc. and Stamatios Vlachos for $326,000.

This home last sold on May 10, 2021 for $220,000.

So far in August 2021, 206 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3006 Island Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Valeri P. Thompson, 71, and Shawn Michael Hazelwood, 43.
