On Aug. 27, Better Family Trust Inc. sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2126 Washington St., Hollywood to Raymond Williams and Simone Gucciadi for $375,000.

This home last sold on April 1, 2021 for $193,000.

So far in August 2021, 360 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2126 Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leilani A. Seth, 76, and Michelle L. Seth, 49.
