This home last sold for $250,000 on Dec. 1, 2014.

So far in August 2021, 206 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sandra V. Sierra has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3834 S.W. 171st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jorge Gonzalez, 41, and Sandra V. Sierra, 38.
