On Aug. 26, Galo David and Gola David Coba sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 622 Trafalgar Court, Dania Beach to Travis James Allen and Jennifer Eliana Crosa San Martines for $420,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 17, 2001 for $190,000.

This property is one of 70 sales so far in Dania Beach in August 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Travis James Allen has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 622 Trafalgar Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jonathan Robert Tavarez, 43, Travis James Allen, 42, and Jennifer Rebecca Tavarez, 44.
