On Aug. 26, Rita O Watson sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1100 N.W. 173rd Ave., Pembroke Pines to Rita O Watson and Natalie O. Watson Weeks for $35,000.

This home last sold for $126,300 on Feb. 11, 1999.

So far in August 2021, 324 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Natalie O. Weeks has been registered to vote since 2012. Rita O. Watson has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1100 N.W. 173rd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Natalie O. Weeks, 55, Karen A. Watson, 54, Rita O. Watson, 85, and Nyles C. Watson Smith, 31.
