The last time this home sold was July 1, 2019. It last sold for $245,000.

So far in August 2021, 342 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 2612 N. 24th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donna Marie Peterman, 62, Robert Paul Peterman, 73, Webster Jean Baptiste, 44, Angelo Edward Santone, 24, Anthony A. Santone, 53, and Thekla Marie Santone, 58.
