So far in August 2021, 324 properties sold in Pembroke Pines.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kelvin David Thompson has been registered to vote since 1999. Adeola Pirqa Thompson has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 19479 N.W. 24th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kelvin David Thompson, 63, Melvin David Thompson, 39, Adeola Pirqa Thompson, 41, and Yenny Gabriela Cabrera De Leon, 20.
