On July 30, Teresa Margarita and George Rueda sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2120 N. 52nd Ave., Hollywood to Eleazar and Shulamis Durden for $525,000.

This home last sold on July 21, 2017 for $312,000.

So far in July 2021, 479 properties sold in Hollywood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mary Elizabeth Rueda, 76, was the only registered voter residing at 2120 N. 52nd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
