On July 30, Samuel and Mary Joyce Williams purchased a four bedroom, four bathroom home at 3855 S.W. 168th Terrace, Miramar from W Graeme Roustan and Walter Graeme Roustan (trust) for $695,000.

So far in July 2021, 179 properties sold in Miramar.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Walter Graeme Roustan has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 3855 S.W. 168th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lege Shinora Rozier, 22, Shirley C. Beckles, 76, Walter Graeme Roustan, 61, De'Rek Dayy Rozier, 21, and Wayne Kevin Roustan, 63.
