Miramar home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Miramar rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 171 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 0.5% increase over the $288,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 155 homes sold in Miramar in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Miramar for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,460, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
