Southwest Ranches home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Southwest Ranches rose by $82,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $732,500 - a 12.7% increase over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Southwest Ranches in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Southwest Ranches for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,156, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
