Pembroke Pines home prices unchanged in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Pembroke Pines was unchanged while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 883 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000. There were 914 homes sold in Pembroke Pines in the third quarter of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $270,000.

The median sales tax in Pembroke Pines for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,782, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
