Miramar home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Miramar rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 593 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 561 homes sold in Miramar in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Miramar for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,460, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
