Pembroke Park home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Pembroke Park fell by $13,500 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 13.5% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pembroke Park in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Pembroke Park for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,817, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
