Golden Beach home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Golden Beach rose by $918,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,518,000 - a 57.4% increase over the $1,600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Golden Beach in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Golden Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $32,890, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
