On Sunday, April 13, former Pembroke Pines Charter High School standout Stephanie Gonzalez’s current college team, the South Alabama Jaguars, won 10-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Marshall Thundering Herd.

The game took place at Jaguar Field. This was their third matchup against the Thundering Herd this season.

The Jaguars’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 4 p.m. at Lamson Park against Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
