On Friday, April 11, former City-Pembroke Pines Charter High School standout Alanah Velazquez’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Buffalo Bulls.
The game took place at Nan Harvey Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulls this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12:50 p.m. at Nan Harvey Field against Buffalo Bulls.
