On Friday, May 16, former Cooper City High School standout Kirsten Caravaca’s current collegiate team the North Florida Ospreys won 2-1 against the Virginia Cavaliers in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Carolina Softball Stadium at 3:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Virginia Cavaliers in the tournament.

The North Florida Ospreys’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 1 p.m. at Carolina Softball Stadium.
