On Friday, March 14, former ESB Academy standout Alex Valentin’s current college team, the Texas State Bobcats, lost 15-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Appalachian State Mountaineers.

The game took place at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 2 p.m. at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium against Appalachian State Mountaineers.
