Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, U.S. Congresswoman representing Florida’s 25th district, posted a series of messages on September 22, 2025, addressing healthcare policy, cancer research, and the Jewish New Year.
In her first post of the day, Wasserman Schultz emphasized the importance of healthcare accessibility. She wrote on September 22: “It’s critical that we expand access to quality, affordable healthcare. That starts with extending Affordable Care Act tax credits that Republicans plan to let expire.”
Later that afternoon, she highlighted her legislative efforts related to cancer prevention and research. On September 22 she stated: “I’ve led and passed legislation to expand access to cancer screenings and support cancer research. We must keep fighting to ensure we continue to work toward a cancer-free future.”
Wasserman Schultz also marked Rosh Hashanah with a message for those celebrating the holiday. In her evening post on September 22 she said: “Shana Tovah and Happy New Year to all who are celebrating Rosh Hashanah! May your new year be filled with good health, happiness and peace.”
