On Friday, March 21, former Archbishop McCarthy High School standouts Andrew Ildefonso and Ryan Hunter’s current college team, the FIU Golden Panthers, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks.
The game took place at FIU Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Gamecocks this season.
The Golden Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 5 p.m. at FIU Baseball Stadium against Jacksonville State Gamecocks.
